Morgan Leskody

Morgan Leskody is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a passion for community engagement and social impact. In addition to her work in communications, Morgan has been a dedicated yoga practitioner for over 15 years and has been teaching yoga for five years, deeply understanding the transformative power yoga has on both individuals and communities.

Currently, Morgan serves as the Community Engagement Director at Yoga Moves Us, a nonprofit organization based in Sacramento. In this role, she leads efforts to expand the nonprofit’s reach, bringing free and accessible yoga classes to underserved communities. With a deep commitment to improving health and well-being, Morgan works to raise awareness about the organization’s mission and plays a key role in promoting yoga as a powerful tool for enhancing physical and mental wellness in the Sacramento area.

Through her work at Yoga Moves Us, Morgan combines her expertise in marketing, communications, and community building to create meaningful connections that help drive growth and provide essential support to those who need it most. She is passionate about making wellness accessible to all, believing that yoga can be a catalyst for change and healing in communities.
